Yesterday, the People of Spain cleaned house! They fired all of the career politicians who had went against the will of the people (some 90%) in supporting the US in the illegal invasion of Iraq. The politicians may have done this because Bush said "You are either with us or you are with them!" This may have made the politicians go against the majority in their country.
A few days ago, several bombings occurred in Spain just before elections. The evidence is pointing to Al Qaeda and the motive is revenge for supporting the US in its illegal attack, invasion and occupation of a Muslim country. The people of Spain (about 90%) were against supporting the US invasion and now they have flushed their political sewer of all those policicians who arrogantly went against the will of the people.
Not only did the policicans go against the will of the people but they made Spain an accomplis to an international crime! But now the criminals in Spain are no longer employed! I don't agree with Socialism (it doesn't work) but I don't think it is nearly as bad as career politicians who openly violate the law (criminals) and go against the will of the people in a Democracy.
Some say that Spain handed Al Qaeda a victory and are an ally of Al Qaeda but the real ally helping to strengthen Al Qaeda and the Muslim Terrorists is the Bush Administration (Christian Crusaders) as it attacks and occupies Muslim nations around the globe - in direct violation of the Muslim religion - FUELING AND MOTIVATING TERRORISM AGAINST AMERICA!
It is Election Year and time for us American to clean house as well! Both the Republicans and Democrats grow government and shrink our liberties as they both make enemies abroad by occupying 1/2 the countries of the world! They arrogantly go abroad in search of monsters to destroy (monsters that their policies supported and made strong to fight a common foe) and they make more and more enemies by VIOLATING the religion of the countries that they attack and occupy. Our government has no business sticking Our Noses into the business of others abroad. We need to mind our own business, take care of our own neighborhood, respect the rights of others abraod by either walking softly (since we carry the biggest stick) or STAY at HOME and take care of our own!
Both the Republicans and Democrats SELL US OUT to the highest bidder. They are bible toating, used car salesmen to sell US to the highest bidder! Mixing church and state is wrong (Thomas Jefferson's letter to the baptist association) and these Christians have invaded Muslim soil, sided with Israel, and we are now in a never ending holy war! But the way to end this holy war is to pull our presence out of every Muslim Nation around the world and actually use our National Defense to defend our BORDERS!
We could seal the borders with our military if it were not stread thin all around the globe (120 out of 190 countries) and we would stop most of the funding of terrorism, 70% of crime, and the drug flow through our borders if we simply Put Drugs back into the Drug Stores just as we put Alcohol back in the Liquor Stores! It was not Alcohol or the Users of alcohol who funded the terrorism of Al Capone but it was the government prohibition of alcohol (a government law - solution worse than the problem) itself.
What motivates the drug market is the lucrative profits of drugs, which result from prohibion. Only prohibiton could make a weed (marijuana) worth it's weight in gold!" So the federal war on drugs makes drug immensly profitable and fuels the problem! It actually does much worse by employing, financing and empowering criminals and terrorists who like Al Capone, get their power from prohibition. Isn't employing violent criminals more of a threat to Society and addiction?
The federal war on terror also motivates terrorism and makes the problem worse. The two major reasons that people side with the terrorisms and become supporters is one - the US Support of Israel (their arch enemy) and two - US occupation of Muslim lands (which is forbidden by their religion).
The problem is federalism run amuck (unlimited federal government). We were once a United States with a limited federal government so that it didn't interphere in the business of the States and the World for that matter. A federal government making war for the states to fight was not then and is not now in the best interest of the States and the People! Today, who ever controlls the white house, ruelse the States like a King! Declares war like a king! Taxes the people directly just like a king! Votes itself pay raises and makes enemies abroad for the States and the People to fight and pay for while they search for jobs lost to federal tax laws that pay companies to outsource jobs!

Our federal government's one sided support for Israel wile disarming the Palestenians (occupied people) has resluted in the Palestenian Freedom Fighters or "Terrorist" organizations to declare that the US is the enemy of God and the Palestenian People!
Cause and Effect
Cause - Israeli tactics in their war on terror (the same as our tactics) resulted in the moderate leader of the Hamas organization to be assasinated and this resulted in the effect of a more militant finatical extremist moving up and taking charge!
End result - America is now less safe with more enemies willing to kill themselves in order to kill us!
And don't think that these people are crazy or illogical. These people are logical and they have reasons for their willingness to kill themselves for a higher purpose. Those purposes are freedom from the occupation of Israel (proped-up by the US) and the defense of their religion which is being directly violated by our federal government's policies!
This didn't all start recently either. Israel has been using her get-tough (tougher and tougher), burtal, military tactics to fight terrorism for decades and this has only fuled the terrorism agains Israel! Now the US has joined her and these tactics are sure to fuel terrorism and make us less safe but the finatics on all sides will be empowered and grow as a result.
The moderates are being made to take sides by the finatics on all sides saying things like, "You are either with us or them!" The new terrorists that we have just acquired (in Palestine) took years to recruit. First back in the 1950's I think it was, few if any the Middle East hated the US and there were no jihads against us but that chainged with the Shaw of Iran incident in which we tried changing the regeme in Iran by putting in the Shaw. And of course this was all about the stability of oil as well as imperailism (King of the world).
Both the Republican and Democratic parties want to be King of the world (The lust for power) and this imperialsim has made us many enemies. Out of 190 Countries around the world - the US Government occupies or has a presense in over 120 countries - that is over 1/2 of the world!
These two parties also one-sidely support countries like Israel, with her eternal and never ending wars while disarming the Palestenian people and this and other siduations like it have made us many enemies. We can either be fair and just, obeying international laws, or we can be seen as international criminals! The latest straw apparently with Hamas was that the US government allowed Israel to assasinate the elderly spirital leader of hammas and then vetoed the vote held at the UN condeming Israel's illegal murder and terrorism. Some say that assasinations are not terrorism but to me a terrorist is anyone who terrorises (endangers/kills) the innocent so launching missiles into civilian areas in order to kill an elderly man in a wheel chair looks like terrorism to me!
And just look at who we supported, Sharone for one who went to the wall (holy area) in Israel and incited the latest round of violence - gaining power by becoming elected to office! Sharone is now under inditement or suspicion of criminal acts like pay offs not to mention war crimes like using Palestenian civilians as shields when entering homes of suspected terrorists.
The only way to win the unwinnable war on terror as far as I can see is to win the hears and minds of the Arab and Muslim people the world over but illegal actons by our government like violating international law, supporting Israel while disarming the Palestenian People, invading Muslim lands in direct violation of the religion of a couple of BILLION Muslims will surely not win any hearts. Rather this will make up the minds of the moderats to choose to side with the few finatics if we don't stop our policies and tactics. These reasons are injustices and injustice motivates men to violence - thus fueling terrorism. These tactics and policies will only motivate terrorism against "WE the People!"
We the People are vulneable and losing our rights while the government gets bigger, stronger, motivates more enemies, taxes us more to pay for it, runs our nation toward financial ruin with immense spending by both parties -driving up the national debt- and personally profiting all the while. Thefat cats laugh all the way to the bank with their massively expensive personal security to protect them - all provided by we the people!
King Bush attacked Iraq with false or faulty evidence but he didn't care because he wanted to attack Iraq and avenge his family's honor since before he was put into office by the Republicans on the Supreme Court who interfeared in the election and the Democrats who remained silent and failed to uphold their oaths to the Constitution as they saw the Constitution being violatged!
Bush wanted revenge for Saddam trying to kill his father. You know, evil Saddam the dictator and tyrant who raped and murdered to keep stability in the region, was Bush's Fathers's puppit who was proped up and supported by the Republicans! They didn't care how he kept the region stable and they may have even aided Saddam in getting gas to use agains his neighbor Iran so winning heats and minds will be very difficult if not impossible in the region!
Our federal government (both parties) has a history of supporting dictators and royal families against the will of the people (majority) in those countries and today our government is continuining that history by supporting a military dictator who siezed power in Packistan called Moshariff as well as Royality in Saudi Arabia.
Using Israel's military tactics, the US and Packistanian military are invading tribal areas in Packistan and making many more terrorists. The majority of the people there see Ben Laden as a Hero and good (with God on his side) and the US government as the evil Great Devil who invades their lands in violation of their religion in order to kill their hero!
Violence fules more violence and this is evil. Violence fules evil and so all one has to do in order to be doing the will of evil is to support violence!
P.S.
The finatics trying to kill us are a small inority and they could be policed by the moderate Muslims but the finatics on all sides are making the moderates choose sides! Freedom of choice is good and denying anyone their freedom to choose is evil to me so the finatics are clearly doing the will of evil as they demand us to choose!

Iraq:
- 5 American Soldiers killed when their vehicle was destroyed by some type of bomb (Improvised road side bomb is suspected)
- 4 civilians killed in (Fallujah) when their vehicle was hit by a bomb or bombs (RPG's and/or hand grenades). Their burned bodies were then dragged to through the streets (reminicent of Somolia) and hung from near-by bridges on display.
Personal Note:
Recent US military raids in Fallujah (house to house in searches of enemy) as well as the closing down of a local newspaper (Sadr's paper) said to be inciting violence against Americans are said to have incited or motivated the incident in which 4 Americans were killed and mutilated. The US closing down the free press is seen as hipocritical and disarming the people while not providing security is as well. Many point out that some of Fallujah's residents were employed and empowered previously by Saddam.
US news
gas prices going up and OPEC says that it plans to reduce the supply of oil. Reducing or further limiting supply by reducing the oil supply will surely drive up prices even more. An expert on Fox or CNN said recently that the price of gas would be about 40 to 50 cents per gallon if it were not for the monopoly called OPEC! Free markets bring prices down when competition exists but not when there is a monopoly.
Thursday - Friday
US Military promises to show the people of Fallujah who is in charge of that town by sending in the Marines to round up all those responsible for the killings and mutilations of the 4 Americans. The Military promises to plan and execute the mission with careful and deliberate planning rather than rushing in.
Iraqis in Fallujah wait in eary silence and calm for the promised retaliation and US attack. The leaders of the town say that the mutilations were wrong but do not denounce the killings of the American occupiers. The reports are that the people in charge in the town say that Fallujah will be the graveyard of more Americans when they come!
Personal note: Some say that Fallujah is a minority opinion but a news reporter on CNN made the point that American flags were being burned in at least three other areas or occasions recently so it is more than just Fallujah.
Also, the minorities in Iraq are worried that they will be tyranized by the majority in a democracy so why aren't we establishing a Republic? The majority in a Republic does not rule and the minority's rights are protected.

Homeland Security warns of possible terrorist attack against our busses and trains (public transportation).
On PBS a guest said that in the tribal areas like in Fallujah a custom of revenge makes it an obligation for family to avenge the deaths of their family and friends. When there is no law, old customs like these are the law. So, some believe that the riot in Fallujah earlier in which over 10 Iraqis were killed by US troops opening fire on a croud and recent US house to house raids motivated the deaths of the 4 Americans in Fallujah. The cycle of violence continues as the US promises a response! The O'Reilly Factor and the Right Wing Finatical Cheer Leaders of Fox called for revenge!

US military industrial complex and government (Bush Administration) plans to develope low-yield nuclear weapons to penetrate bunkers under cities. This may cause another nuclear arms race and makes the US look hipicritical when we oppose others developing such weapons. Further more, willing and knowingly killing innocent men, women and children in order to bomb a bunker would be an atrocity (mass murder and terrorism). Thousands protest in the streets - Major Religious leader (cleric) denounces US occupation and says that he supports Hamas and Hesbola (Israel's enemies and terrorist organizations according to the US) and will be the striking hand against the cohilition if a necessity arrises. The cleric was reportedly arrested and questioned (held) by Spanish troops and this angered the people of Fallujah.
2 Police Chiefs killed (gunned down) in last 24 hours.
A person in an Iraqi police uniform stopped to ask a question and shot one chief of police and his driver.
Colin Powell who stated that he knew for a fact that Iraq had mobile weapons labs (weapons of mass destruction) admited today that the intellegence that was used to justify going to war with Iraq due to weapons labs was not solid (faulty). The evidence may have been esaggerated and even a case of some sources willfully lying! (intell was exaggerated in order to take the nation to war)
New info on Fallujah- It looks as though today that the killing of 4 Americans was pre-planned or pre-medited because the normally busy streets were empty, the shops were closed and the local media was in the area.

Journalists killed in Iraq recently have led to calls for an investigation. The Arab media walked out of a briefing (in protest) by Colin Powell. Most recently, a male journalist was shot and killed by American Soldiers when he raised his video camera. The soldier said that he thought the journalist was about to fire a shoulder fired missile. The religious finatics on all sides are aparently winning. The finatics want a great war (final battle) between good and evil. My opinion: In a good old boy system one has to do as the good-ol-boys want or loose one's career. Make it happen with what you've got or we will find someone else that can do the job!
There is no one to turn Iraqi government over to and everyone is asking who we are going to transfer power to.

End of the Day
Sadr and others have succeeded today in drawing the Cohilition forces to attack Mosks by firing from them. These tribal people have one thing in common - the Muslim Religion - and this religion now seems under attack to the majority and may result in the majority siding with the minority.
The press in that part of the world is portraying the Iraqi civilians (the people) as the innocent being hurt and killed by the American invaders and occupyers. Some seem to think that we are liberators while many others say that liberators leave and occupyers occupy. They, "Thank you for liberating us - NOW LEAVE!" and when we don't leave and we admitt that we (US forces) will be there for years to come, they say "See! Once they come they never leave!" The Muslim religion calls for all Muslims to aid the innocent who are suffering and the US is seen as the one causing the suffering.
The Majority are loyal to a Cleric who has said that Sadr must stop but also condeming the US occupation and the cohilition anti-terrorist actions or counter-attacks.
The Minority and Majority have more than just a religion in common but they are also both (all) humiliated by the US occupation. With their common religion and dignity under attack by the US occupation and actions like invading homes and mosks, they all may find that they have a common enemy - the US occupation.
This next week will bring a couple of Million Muslims in the area (pilgrams) and if the US keeps up the military action (house to house raids and counter attacks), with millions of Muslim pilgrims in the streets, this could be very ugly.
The Finatics on all sides want the final battle between good and evil and right now it shaping up nicely. Ben Laden and the Bush Administration have managed to divide the world and create the Muslim Militant Army.

UN oil for food sanctions against Iraq are under investigation for corruption. It appears that our sanctions resulted in a black-market which made Saddam richer and employed criminals as well as surrounding countries and the leaders involved in the illegal oil. They call it a Quagmire for a reason. They say that we are bogged down for a reason.

Inextricable 1. that one can not extricate himself from 2. that cannot get disentangled or untied 3. so complicated or involved to be insolvable (Webster's Dictionary)
The Quagmire: Fighting terrorism with an Army makes more terrorists than it eliminates so it is self defeating and impossible task.
The Situation:
1. We can not stay in Iraq because we are making no progress but are actually fueling terrorism by occupying Muslim holy lands.
2. We can not leave because of the Chaos (A Theocracy and Terrorist state will emerge after a bloody civil war now that Saddam is out of the way - just as soon as the US leaves.)
3. We can not turn this hot potato over to the UN or any other entity because of the Chaos (No one will send their troops into this mess and get their butts shot up!)
The Founding Fathers purposely and specifically spelled out in the Supreme Law of the Land (the US Constitution) that only Congress may declare war! The Founding Fathers didn't want the President (one man) to be able to launch us into a war with out any debate. But Congress knew better than the Founding Fathers. Congress made clear their loyalty to the President as if he were a King when they voted to let him declare war. The clearly made a decision that they were loyal to the President (and their careers) over the Constituion. And as a direct result, we now have been taken to war with false evidence and we are now in a quagmire of which we cannot extricate ourselves from because to do so would turn Iraq into a terrorist state. So, attacking Iraq has resulted in a quagmire and will likely result in Iraq being run by terrorists - thus fueling terrorism and making the US less safe.

Expert says that the US troops can fire back at a Mosk, School, Hospital, etc. if they are fired upon from the building.
Personal note: This may be the case but to fire back into a School filled with children - endangering and killing the innocent - in order to protect oneself may be legal but it seems to me to be immoral and may make more terrorists than it kills. Can you imagine our fire power being turned loose on a school filled with children? This is just one reason that war should be a last resort and our brave military should only be unleashed if there is a clear and imminent threat. Our troops would not be in such situations except for our career politicians misusing our National Defense as an offense to police the world and enforce their demands of the world.

My opinion - Turn this hot potato over to the UN before it blows up (gets out of control) and let them send in Muslims to bring security and legitimize the process. That is the only way that I can see to solve this problem and prevent a terrorist state.
Unfortunately, the Bush Administration has not been willing to share power with anyone and no one will send their troops to help if we do not. So, stubbornly holding power and not sharing, may just leave us all alone in another Viet-Nam.
CNN reproted 40-60 iraqis killed at mosk according to reports from news (local hospitals) yet a PBS reporter says that they US troops entered the Mosk and found no boddies!

News footage of a US Tank disabled and crew crawled out wounded. An RPG isn't supposed to be able to do this" a reporter said. For every measure there is a counter measure and the enemies of the US are seeing and taking careful notes as they learn how to counter our weapons like for example, how to take out a US tank with an RPG! War should be a last resort for many reasons to inclued the fact that our enemies will see our weaknesses and learn how to defeat our military by using the same tactics as a direct result.
Watching the wounded, blood Americans in the tank crawl out slowly made me sick to my stomach. To see our brave military suffering and being misused as a political tool (by politicians), knowing that none of them had to be killed or mamed for life, really makes me sad and mad. Our military are not political pawns to be used as expendable tools. War is supposed to be a last resort and since this war was not a last resort, I say that no of our brave military had to loose their lives or be injured. But unfortunately the rich run our government and the poor (and middle class) are the ones to fight and die.

NBC's Denis Miller and Fox News both spin to the right and misinform the American people and millions of other viewers by labling the enemy as "insane". Webster's Dictionary Definition of Insanity: Any form or degree of mental derangement or unsoundness of mind, permanent or temporary, that makes a person incapable of what is regarded legally as normal, rational conduct or judgement.
The enemy is not insane, rather they have very carefully articulated what their motivations are (the violation of their religion and our government's support for Israel) and if anyone is insane, it is the finaticas on all sides when they think that their violence is good and that they are fighting evil with God on their side. This is evidence that they are all high on religion."

- Cover to Cover (NBC) - Child sex trade wide spread overseas (Cambodia) - many Americans paying for girls as young as 8 years old. Entire villages (brothels) of young girls for sale. Personal note: This seems evident to me as being a direct result of the prohibition of prostitution. Legal prostitution would give an outlet to males (sex torists) but instead illegal prostitution (prohibition) employs criminals who provide what ever customers want illegally to include children for sex. Legal prostitution would regulate and control prostitution (and sexual diseases) rather than employing criminals and spreading diseases, thus protecting society and the rights of everyone to include the children.
Good and Evil
To me it is more evil to employ criminals (through prohibition) who victimize society than to allow consenting adults to sin -without violating the rights of anyone. The purpose of law is to prevent the violation of rights (victims). My Opinion: Who will get the blame for dead civilians? The US of course. From the media in that part of the world to the fact that the US is seen and has been seen for years as the Great Satan who is violating the Muslim religion by invading and occupying holy lands. The straw that broke the carmel's back seems to me to be the announcements by US forces that they will transfer power to Iraqis but will be there in Iraq for years to come! This confirmed the terrorists charges that the liberators were actually occupyers because once the US came - that it would never leave!

Some question why the Muslim Religious leaders are not denouncing the acts of Sadr and the terrorists. To me that it simple: The US government, due to it's actions (policies) in the Middle East in the past decades like supporting and arming Israel, Dictators like Saddam and proping up the Saudi Royal Family while disarming the Palestenian People, has made known there as the Great Satan (a common evil enemy to unite all).
Our government's policies in the Middle East have made us many enemies (terrorists) and for the Muslim Religious leaders to condem the only people standing up to the Great Satan by using terrorism as an equalizer to fight the invensible foe is very unlikely! The Great Satan is in a global war with their hero's like Ben Laden and so for them to condem their freedom fighters would look like support for the US. And to make things worse, the US attack and occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan is seen as being Internationally Illegal and makes us Criminals!
ABC reported today that the more the US is successful in Fallujah by crushing the opposition, the more we will loose the battle fo the hearts and minds of the people in that area of the world. The media there covers the war by focusing on the innocent people killed by the military aggression and the images of the fighting and tactics in Israel have become directly linked to the conflict in Iraq. The US is seen as the partner of Israel and even uses the same general tactics of destroying homes. In the eyes of the Arab and Muslim world, the US is seen as the aggressor and the moderates may just do as President Bush said and take sides. Unfortunately, they may decide go with the terrorists.

My opinion: These crimes are crimes resulting from a Criminal agency that will willfully and knowingly violates the Constitution (which they have sworn to uphold) by taking our money at the point of a gun, violating our rights, when we were violating the rights of no one. That criminal and illegal agency is the IRS and the King's tax collectors who endanger society in order to collect or extort money from citizens by endangering their lives with automatic weapons and violence!
It seems to me that in order to pull anyone over one needs a reason and skin color or any action not a crime is not a reason. Therefore, it seems to me that police are targeting minorities because of the color of their skin and are conducting unwarranted searches by pulling people over based on their skin.

CNN US troops verbally abuse and threaten detainees as well as one other saying that he hopes that they run so that he can shoot them. Officer in charge said that he was never told that he had to win hearts and minds. The number of detainees is growing! Those waiting to be interrigated could see the informants coming to inform. The Iraqis cooperating and informing are ending up dead. The officer in charge also said that Controlled violence is the solution to the terrorist violence but in war there is no controlled violence - only chaos. Outside of the cities and populated areas, for example in the dessert, the violence can be controlled somewhat but bombs and missiles still go astray. And for 18, 19 and 20 year old boys, if it moves in the kill zone then it is a fair target! So innocents will die as a result. "Suck my ass bitch. Suck my ... I'm gonna put my foot in your ass!" a soldier told a detainee and was recorded by the CNN crew. Another said that he wished that they'd run so he could shoot them!
My Opinion: Our brave military are being misuesed as political tools and after 10 months in Iraq they are tiard and many have come to hate the Iraqi People. Remember, our 18, 19, and 20 yearold boys are not Police and will make mistakes to include war crimes. They should not be put into this kind of situation unless there is a clear and present (imminent) threat to the US. We need to turn this hot potato (Iraq) over to the UN for ligitimacy and they can bring peace by sending in Muslims. Our presense there violates their religion. This is not a war and there is no specific enemy and so a military situation will not work. We can not fight Terrorism with an Army because military tactics make more terrorists than they destroy. These people are sure to choose their religion as soon as the lack of security, which is blamed on the US not keeping the peace, threatens their lives. People call out to God and get very religious (falling back on their religious teachings) when their lives are threatened due to lack of security and the resulting crime.
Further more, our boys are getting weary and developing hated which will likely result in war crimes when their lives are put in danger. There is no controlled violence when you allow the military to fire into villages.

Collective punnishment accused of US regarding Fallujah. General Kimitz?spelling called actions of the enemy as a violation of international law. The hipocracy is evident as many watching realize that the US occupation itself is a violation of international law and a Crime - not to mention the attack and faling to keep the peace as the occupyer are also violations (crimes). So, the credability of the US is nonexistant and this no doubt fules terrorism and anti-American hatred.

Let's say for example that you are a religious finatic and you (like most if not all religious finatics) want the great final battle between good and evil to begin.
If you are a Middle Eastern Finatic, you need a great evil enemy to invade your holy lands.
